NEIGHBOURHOOD NOTES

09 Rulebook Round Up Know what's changing. Stay compliant.

With consistent care, innovative solutions and a residentsfirst approach, your community continues to grow stronger. Here’s a look at the changes and improvements in your neighbourhood during these past three months.

A Touch of Nature Landscape enhancement works have been completed at Masakin Al Furjan, where a new tree and pebble stones are giving the landscape a fresh new look, adding greenery and a polished finish to this much-loved community space. With the cooler months around the corner, the refreshed landscape offers even more reason to step outside and enjoy the community.

Little Feet Are Back on the Move The new school term brings familiar faces, excited chatter and little feet making their way through the community. Our Protect Little Feet campaign is a friendly reminder to take extra care when driving near schools, walkways and crossings. Let’s look out for our youngest residents, every step of the way.

Powering Up for Brighter Nights The high-rise blocks have taken on a brighter new look, with upgraded LED lighting across the entrance façades and foyers creating clearer, more welcoming arrival spaces. Inside, refreshed lobby lighting has introduced a warmer glow, giving the shared spaces a more comfortable and inviting feel.

Signs of Improvement 14 new pedestal signboards have been installed around the community, providing clear maintenance and operational notices, helping residents stay informed about works and changes around the community.

YOUR COMMUNITY RECYCLING RATE

Every correctly recycled item helped us reach it. Now, let’s see how much higher we can take it.

Did You Know?

Recycling opportunities are part of our everyday routines. Sometimes, it’s simply about spotting them before they end up in the wrong bin.

Finished your lunch?

Back from a workout?

Unpacked a delivery?

That empty can could be ready for recycling.

Give that empty water bottle a second look.

Flatten the cardboard box and recycle it.

Next time, before it hits the bin:

1

Check it

Ensure it is recyclable

2

Empty it

Make sure it is clean and empty

3

Recycle it

Place it in the correct recycling bin

Community security will coordinate directly with you for the key handover.

And just like that, you're in.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

No hazardous, flammable, illegal or perishable items.

Residents are responsible for the security and insurance of stored belongings.

Storage spaces must be kept clean and safe.
