From the Community Desk Being a part of the Customer Engagement team allows us the privilege of being at the heart of community life. Every conversation, piece of feedback and interaction with our residents gives us a deeper understanding of what matters most to them. With a calendar full of activities in the months ahead, we're especially looking forward to seeing residents come together to create new memories, strengthen connections and celebrate the vibrant spirit that makes each community unique. From family-friendly gatherings and seasonal celebrations to wellness activities and special experiences, there's something for everyone to enjoy. As always, thank you for being part of our community. We hope you enjoy this edition and find plenty to look forward to in the quarter ahead. Yousef AlMaghribi Customer Engagement

NEIGHBOURHOOD NOTES
06 Eventful Times
Share ideas. Inspire change.
With consistent care, innovative solutions and a residentsfirst approach, your community continues to grow stronger. Here’s a look at the changes and improvements in your neighbourhood during these past three months.
Signs of Improvement The latest signage updates across the community are helping improve visibility and wayfinding for residents and visitors. 37 new community signage have been installed at key locations, making the dos and don’ts of shared spaces easier to understand and helping residents and visitors stay informed.
Cleaner Corners, Happier Community Ten new pet waste bins have been added at strategic locations across the community, making it easier for pet owners to clean up after their four-legged friends and keep shared spaces enjoyable for everyone. Alongside them, six new general waste bins have also been installed, giving all residents added convenience for responsible disposal and helping keep common areas looking their best.

A Touch of Nature Landscape enhancement works have been completed across various common areas, with fresh plants and shrubs bringing more colour, while refreshed pathways and landscape features give the surrounding a more polished finish. With the cooler months around the corner, the refreshed landscape offers even more reason to step outside and enjoy the community.
Little Feet Are Back on the Move The new school term brings familiar faces, excited chatter and little feet making their way through the community. Our Protect Little Feet campaign is a friendly reminder to take extra care when driving near schools, walkways and crossings. Let’s look out for our youngest residents, every step of the way.

LET’S RAISE THE BAR ON RECYCLING
Every item recycled correctly moves us forward. Together, we can make an even greater impact.
Did You Know?
