NEIGHBOURHOOD NOTES
07 Rulebook Round Up
Share ideas. Inspire change.
With consistent care, innovative solutions and a residentsfirst approach, your community continues to grow stronger. Here’s a look at the changes and improvements in your neighbourhood during these past three months.
Made for the Little Adventurers Playtime just got better at two children’s playgrounds, now refreshed with colourful shade structures, new play equipment and replacement benches. With cooler spaces to explore and cosy spots for parents to relax, it’s the perfect setting for family time outdoors.
A Touch of Nature Landscape enhancement works have been completed at England Cluster, with landscaping reinstated with upgraded irrigation, creating greener surroundings and adding more colour, while supporting efficient water use. With the cooler months around the corner, the refreshed landscape offers even more reason to step outside and enjoy the community.

Signs of Improvement The latest road signage updates across the community are helping improve visibility and road safety for everyone. 100 faded road signs have been replaced, making important road information easier to spot and supporting safer journeys for motorists throughout the community.
Bin It Better 400 new 60-litre litter bins have been installed throughout the community, making it easier for residents to dispose of waste responsibly. With more dedicated bins in place, disposing of waste becomes more convenient and shared spaces stay cleaner and better looked after for everyone.

A Greener Turn Coming Soon The Greece K11 roundabout is getting a refresh, with the area set to be raised to help reduce water buildup during rainy weather. Along with helping the area handle rain better, new greenery and gravel will give the roundabout a fresher look, creating more attractive surroundings for residents passing by every day.
A Safer Welcome In New speed humps are coming soon to 40 locations across the China, Morocco, Greece, Persia, Italy, Russia and Spain Clusters, helping encourage slower, more considered driving as vehicles enter and exit the community, while supporting calmer traffic and a safer experience for drivers and pedestrians.
