Guiding Your Way Navigating the Bellevue Towers is now more intuitive, thanks to the LED lighting integrated at all entry and exit gate barriers, making access points easier to identify and navigate, particularly after dark. The enhanced barriers provide clearer guidance for drivers while adding a modern touch to the property.
First Impressions, Refreshed The main reception lobby at Bellevue Towers has welcomed 3 new decorative tables, complemented by elegant lamps, thoughtfully positioned throughout the space. As daylight fades, the soft lighting adds an inviting glow to the space, enhancing the ambience and elevating one of the property's most prominent shared areas.
Brightening Up the Podium Across the podium level, approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of parapet wall has been repainted to brighten and elevate the shared space. The renewed finish creates a polished backdrop, helping the podium feel fresher and more inviting for everyone who passes through.
