The Academy at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club was one of the region’s first purpose built academies. It is run by a team of fully qualified Golf Professionals who are here to assist and take you through every aspect of the game. Whether you are looking for an individual lesson or a group clinic, our Golf Professionals are able to cater for your needs and offer a world class learning experience.
The Palm Par 3 Course (9 Holes)
Test your skills before taking on the championship course, work on your short game or simply to enjoy a round of social golf on the fully floodlit Par 3 course.

Individual Lessons
The Academy offers a selection of individual lesson programme for all levels of golfers, whether you need an introduction to golf or a more detailed analysis of your game.
As well as instruction on your swing, we offer guidance in key areas such as custom fitting, physical conditioning, injury prevention and treatment. To encourage you to practice, we offer complimentary unlimited use of the Academy driving range facilities on the day of your lesson.

Learn Golf In A Week
Learn Golf In A Week is our signature beginners’ group programme and provides an excellent introduction to the game of golf. The course covers the basic set up fundamentals, golf swing mechanics, body motion, ball striking and the art of the short game with pitching, chipping and putting.

Get on the Right Track
Our state of the art technology ensures every aspect of your game is fully catered for, including V1 Swing Studio for video analysis, Trackman technology for monitoring ball flight and SAM Putt Lab for the most in depth putting analysis available. Combined with the most advanced fitting systems from Ping and Titleist, the Professional team will be able to ensure your equipment is helping rather than hindering your game.
Trackman radar golf is the latest ball tracking technology, ideal for improving your overall game. Used for club fitting, driver optimisation, supervised practice or swing correction; Trackman will assist in improving your ball speed, launch angle and spin rates to maximise your time spent on the driving range.
Combine Test, a feature of Trackman, is a standardised 60 shot test that evaluates your performance over 10 different distances, helping to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of your game. The test allows you to compare your performance to peer groups and internationally ranked players.
Sam PuttLab is the ultimate putting training system, based on accurate ultrasound measurements which analyse the 28 most important parameters of your putting stroke. Discover your individual strengths and weaknesses allowing for better and more efficient training.

Dubai Golf Little Champions
The Dubai Golf Little Champions Programme is designed specifically for children aged between four and six years old and is an ideal way to introduce your child to the game of golf. The programme will develop the child’s understanding of the game whilst working on key FUNdamental movement skills needed for future development. Learning all aspects of the game from technique to basic rules, our Golf Professionals will provide a fun game and task environment for maximum enjoyment.

The Dubai Golf Junior Programme is suitable for youngsters aged between seven and 17 years old. The entry level to the programme ensures sound fundamentals are installed from the beginning. The various stages of development allow the child to have a greater focus on the physical, etiquette, rules and on course performance areas of the game.

The Golf Experience

These introductory golf clinics are the perfect way to entertain your clients or as a corporate team building experience. Our Golf Professionals will introduce your group to the game of golf. During the 90 minute session your guests will learn the basics and fundamentals of golf and have ample time to practice the skills they are taught. Guests will take part in a fun putting competition and have a chance to relax at The Academy Café.
