Now that summer is coming to a close and the start of the new golfing season is upon us, we can reflect on some recent big milestones for Emirates Golf Club. Earlier this year we celebrated our 25th year in operation and towards the end of August our 1,000,000th round of golf was played on the Majilis.
We look forward to the start of the new season and we have a host of new golf, dining and recreation activities for you to experience. Join us for our new evenings which include a Bollywood themed night in Spike Bar or treat your loved one to a romantic alfresco picnic at the club including your very own personal butler.

Ladies Program

Over a period of eight weeks your group will be taken through various aspects of the game by your qualified Golf Professional.

Dubai Golf Little Champions
The Dubai Golf Little Champions Programme is designed specifically for children aged between four and six years old and it is an ideal way to introduce your child to the game of golf.
The programme is designed to develop the child’s understanding of the game whilst also working on key FUNdamental movement skills needed for future development.
Over an eight week period, your child will spend 50 minutes per week with one of our qualified Golf Professionals. Classes are limited to a maximum of six children per instructor.

The Dubai Golf Junior Programme has been created for youngsters aged between seven and seventeen years old and allows them to progress through different levels as they become more experienced golfers.

Pilates with Phoenix Rising
Pilates is a form of exercise that develops a strong, balanced body, focusing on improving the strength and stability of your core.
In Mat Pilates classes, the exercises are performed standing, seated, kneeling or lying down on back, side or front. Mat work is the foundation of all Pilates exercises and will build core strength and improve control, co-ordination and balance.
Reformer Pilates classes are conducted on a specialised piece of equipment called the Reformer. Clients are lying, kneeling or standing on a moving carriage connected to springs which give resistance and support.

Designed by Greg Norman, the course at Almouj Golf provides a challenging 18 holes over 7,342. Highlights of the course include a daunting Par 3 island green and a challenging Par 5 that stretches for over 600 yards. 2013 Omega Dubai Ladies Masters
Make sure you have the 2013 Omega Dubai Ladies Masters added to your “must do” event calendar. The tournament is on from 1st December through to 7th December 2013. The Omega Dubai Ladies Masters has become a permanent feature of the UAE golfing calendar, showcasing the world’s leading players from both sides of the Atlantic.
The event was first full Ladies European Tour event ever to be played in the middle East and the season ending event made its debut in 2006 and boasts a prize fund of Euro 500,000 with the winner taking home Euro 75,000.
