This guide contains all information to guide you through the process should you have a concern regarding the grade you have been awarded once you receive your results. All documentation is additionally downloadable from the college website.

Available from 11:00 am (UAE time) on THURSDAY 13th August
GCSE Results
Available from 11:00 am (UAE time) on THURSDAY 20th August
All results will be available via iSAMS parent and student portals only – please check you can access your iSAMS accounts before the end of the academic year as IT support will not be available during summer break or on results day.
Post Results Service (PRS) : Step by step Guide
If you are unhappy with your grade and you have grounds to believe that an error has been made in the grade awarded, you can request that the awarding organisation undertakes a review. The review can focus on various areas under the two sections of Review of Grade (RoG) or Review of Marking (RoM). You must be clear that the outcome of a PSR review could mean that your grade goes UP, DOWN or remains the SAME.
Please read all documentation relating to a PRS review before commencing and follow all steps precisely. Copies of the relevant guides and associated documents can be found on the college website.
RoG – for those whose grade was awarded via a submission of a portfolio
RoM – for those whose grade was awarded via NEA/Coursework or speaking component only
Once you have the outcome of a PRS review and you think there is still an error or the PRS process has not been applied correctly you can then request a stage 1 preliminary appeal. (This would be a rare occurrence and must be approved and submitted your behalf by the Head of Centre)
Consent Forms
The Exams Team will send you the correct consent form after you have requested a PRS (STEP 1A); this must be completed and signed by the student and digitally uploaded using STEP 1 B Post Results Service form

For any queries relating to examination results please use the email address below only as any member of the Examinations Team will receive it. Please do not contact teachers directly unless a member of the examination teams has directed you to do so. If you do not use this email address there may be a delay in response.

In the few days after results days the volume of email traffic will be high so, please be patient If you have not heard anything within 48 hours, please do get in touch again. Year 13 student who have a university place pending a result of review will always take priority. Non- priority requests are unlikely to be addressed until after 26th August.
