Christian meditation is a vital spiritual discipline which involves pondering, imagining, and muttering God's Word, transforming it from mere knowledge to a life-changing force. (NKJV emphasis on meditation) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. Psalms 19:14 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord , And in His law he meditates day and night.
