Perfect Skating Program
Kyle Allard grew up in a small town in the Ottawa Valley called Petawawa. He was number 5 of 13 siblings (8 boys and 5 girls). The Allard family were all impressive hockey players, playing hockey for their hometown Patriots, then Titans AAA, and all the boys played Jr A. Some of the boys, including Kyle, were awarded USA Scholarships combining education and hockey.

Kyle started his first Perfect Skating franchise in the Ottawa Valley 4 years ago and branched out to Bowmanville Ont. while building the surrounding Durham region with the Perfect Skating unique on-ice training. He began working with minor hockey elite athletes, and now Kyle has added to his talents training NHL elites throughout Canada and the USA. Coach Kyle has become an elite Performance Coach with Perfect Skating and his performance and passion are contagious on the ice delivering Perfect Skating Progressive Program for Athletes, while training and develop great Elite Coaches! Kyle says “This keeps Athletes developing to their top potential while loving the game as much as Perfect Skating loves to see them progress”.
The Perfect Skating Program is really what made us famous! It was our first program piloted by key players of the Ottawa Senators and French Olympic Ice Hockey Federation in 2008. The program has stood the test of time and is in continuous improvement through our strategic partnership with the University of Ottawa’s Kinesiology Department, collaboration with R and D teams of top Hockey Manufacturers in addition to the over 200 current NHL player partnerships that provide true organic feedback while training on the ice during the season and off-season.
Designed to focus on joint mobility, stability and activation of key on-ice movement targets of the musculoskeletal system, the Perfect Skating Program is a series of Isometric platforms designed to enhance kinetic on-ice feel while discovering asymmetries in movement performance. Complexity is then added with increased nervous system feedback while focusing on movement pattern mapping, proprioceptive control and the development of speed, agility and quickness.

WINTER 2020 SMALL AREA MOVEMENT PROGRAM
Our Small Area Movement Program was designed in 2012 to complement our athletes movement success in our Perfect Skating Program. Formed through our research while working with the NHL’s Nashville Predators, our SAM program focuses on training the receptor feedback in the nervous system in areas of 10 foot on-ice radius. In our research, movement patterns and skills within this radius map dominate game play, total puck touches and possession frequencies.
What We Offer • Perfect Skating program • SAM program • Elite player development program • Teams sessions • Private sessions
Coming to Whitby/Ajax/ Pickering 2021!
