Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) on Monday in

Abuja unveiled a new electricity tariff regime while removing fixed charges for all classes of electricity consumers. A statement from the Public Relations department of the commission

which was made available to newsmen, said from the next billing period, distribution companies will no longer charge their customers monthly fixed charges. The statement further
