CAN DRY FASTING HELP GET RID OF STRETCH MARKS?

Although there is little evidence to support that dry fasting can eliminate stretch marks, some people have found that the practice improves stretch mark appearances due to improved circulation and better cell regeneration.

Stretch marks can form on the skin at any age, but they are most frequent during rapid weight gain, pregnancy, and adolescence. When the extent of stretching is high enough, the skin may scar. These scars may fade or disappear with time, but they are unlikely to be hidden permanently.

Numerous different factors can contribute to the formation of stretch marks. For example, certain people are more inclined to have them than others due to their genetic makeup. Additionally, stretch marks might form due to changes in hormone levels and rapid weight gain or decrease.

If you already have stretch marks, it is unlikely that they will disappear while you are dry fasting. But on the other hand, the practice can be beneficial in preventing new stretch marks from forming. This is because when you perform dry fasting, your skin’s suppleness is preserved, and the chance of skin breaking due to straining is reduced.
