DRPS PHCA Quarterly Viewership Report

For the first quarter of 2023

Introduction

The first three months of 2023 made into a success with a bigger numbers of viewership, amidst the recent Copyright Takedown Strike we received against DRPS One Channel, days before we end the first quarter.

We began with the transition of DRPS Three channel as a TV Ad Compilation channel a day after our 2nd anniversary, to the expansion of our TV Ad Shorts videos in February 2023 as a test until we do them everyday as part of the first anniversary of the Kumuniteens Housemates of PBB Kumunity Season 10 Celebration. This quarterly viewership report shows how DRPS One and the other DRPS PHCA-owned YouTube Channels made this improvement on us, from the start of 2023 until the last day of the first quarter.

Hotdog Print Ad Content that featured Xyriel Manabat, Zaijian Jaranilla and Mutya Orquia in that ad, while DRPS Three posted the Sharon: Kasama Mo, Kapatid Premiere on TV5 Print Ad Material.

A Copyright Takedown Strike has been issued against DRPS One Channel, because of Ipsos has sent a takedown notice to YouTube, informing that the Alternate TV Ad video for Pantene Supplement Conditioner must be removed.

In line with the said takedown strike that has been issued by Ipsos, some TV Ads will be publicized on a temporary YouTube Channel that has been formerly utilized by DRPS Three (CB), under the name, DRPS One 2, was launched until June 30, 2023.

The milestone of 5K Subscribers on DRPS Two Channel

DRPS Two, one of the Philippines’ only Radio Ad Archive channel that posts the same power as our flagship channel, DRPS One Channel and the first and only Radio Ad Archive channel to post Provincial Radio Ads inside the archipelago, reached another milestone in terms in the number of YouTube Subscribers.

On February 10, 2023, a few minutes before 17h00, DRPS Two passed the 5000 Subscriber mark. The channel continued to increase it’s subscriber count on a smaller increments, because the DRPS Two channel is a thematic YouTube Channel by DRPS PHCA that focuses on Radio Ads.

DRPS PHCA will continue to provide more Radio Ads on DRPS Two, whether national or provincial, at any mother tongue.

We’ll take a peek at the latest ads.

Closure

of DRPS Three as a Commercial Break Channel

Prior to the time we closed DRPS Three channel, we posted a lot of Commercial Break contents that made us the only first to create one – from the first Commercial Breaks of PIE Channel’s shows –one was the PIE Night Long that guested Gabb Skribikin and Luke Alford in here, the other hand was the Barangay PIE that guested Rob Blackburn and Maxine Trinidad.

Two months later, we did the same recording of the said channel, but we recorded the pre-premiere telecast of The Chosen One Soap Opera, which was premiered in September 24, 2022. It is also worth noted that we began posting Commercial Breaks on the radio, mostly recorded through Barangay LS’ airwaves.

In addition, DRPS Three also publicized the final Single Gap Commercial Break video for MMK way back in October 10, 2022, with the Tatlong Dekadang Pagsasalamat Special Commercial Break videos of it was published at least three days after each one episode of it was aired, which we’re posted for its final three weeks.

On January 17, 2023, we announced to stop operating DRPS Three channel four days after we notify our viewers, because it was found out that the Commercial Break archival business might lead to various copyright takedowns, so we decided to relaunch DRPS Three Channel as a TVCC Channel.

The channel scored 139,709 views from January 1 to 24, 2023.

Three as a TVCC Channel

As a result of the switch of DRPS Three Channel from a Commercial Break to a TV Commercial Compilation (TVCC) YouTube Channel in January 28, 2023, the channel reached 584 within the first six hours from the time that our first video was published.

A week after this was launched, the channel garnered 1,723 views and in just thirty days from the time we are working hard to post TV Ad Compilation videos on the new DRPS Three channel, we garnered 13,933 views. on the subscriber side, we are able to reach

438 YouTube Subscribers who have been subscribed to the new YouTube Channel of DRPS Three. The channel earned 25,206 views from the time we launched this until the last day of the first quarter of 2023.
