Featuring Zoe Conway, John McIntyre and Mick O'Brien Irish fiddle player, Zoë Conway, is a prodigious talent, equally at home in both traditional Irish and classical styles. Zoë has performed across the globe and tours regularly with her husband, John Mc Intyre on guitar, and the duo have been described as “simply one of the best folk duos on the planet” (BBC). Featuring Mick O’Brien, Tom Morrow, Seamus Brett, The Ward Sisters, Kevin Branigan and Garret Brady The festival headline concert in honour of the late Caitlin Bean ui Cairbre will not disappoint! Fiddle with Michelle Mulcahy - Michelle is one of Ireland's most talented and gifted multi-instrumentalists in Irish traditional music today. Her array of instrumental mastery spans the harp, concertina, piano, fiddle and accordion. Flute with Louise Mulcahy - Louise is the only person in the history of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann to have won 4 senior All Ireland titles on the same day. Venue: Millmount | Tickets €10

Tholsel Historical Talk | 12:30pm
Local Historian, Noel Bailey gives an historical talk on the Tholsel and other historical buildings in the town. Venue: Tholsel Building, West St | Free admission
Slow Sessions | 2pm
For players of any instrument and at any level. A selection of easy and well known session tunes will all be played slowly so that people in the early stages of their playing or those coming back to playing music have an opportunity to play together in a friendly, supportive and informal setting. Facilitated by Brendan McCreanor. Supported by Drogheda Credit Union.

Trad in the Tower | 4.30pm
The unique location of the Martello Tower at Millmount hosts an intimate concert with Limerick sisters and multi-instrumentalists, Michelle and Louise Mulcahy with local musician Síofra Devine. Venue: Millmount Tower | Tickets €10 | Children €5

Launch of Gerry O Connor’s new album “LAST NIGHT’S FUN” | 2pm Long known as Gerry ‘Fiddle’ O'Connor, this is one fiddler whose pulse is quickened by the sheer delight in the tunes. As a fourth-generation fiddle player, he knows the value of the shared tune. On this his 2nd solo recording, Gerry draws from a wide range of sources and the album features a veritable who’s who of traditional music. Venue: Droichead Arts Centre | Free admission
