LIVE, a literary network that supports writers, publishers and literary producers, has created a digital series during the lockdown featuring six Irish writers. Curated by Literature Development Officer, Dani Gill and with six partner venues that includes Droichead, this digital series continues Friday 29 May at 10am with Episode 4 'Black Tea and Birdsong' with Jane Clarke (sponsored by Roscommon Arts Centre). Our Youth Focus Group, as part of #DroicheadConnects are looking to showcase short films by local young film makers over the next few months. The first series of films will premiere 13th June as part of Cruinniú na nÓg with support from Creative Ireland.
