Leanbh Children's Festival In association with Flogas

This October, Leanbh Children’s Festival returns, an arts festival for children and families in Drogheda and the North East Region. This year, we have a scaled down version, with limited capacity, adhering to all guidelines to ensure the safety of our audience, staff and performers. Kern | 10 Oct Made up of Brendan McCreanor (uilleann pipes), SJ McArdle (voice and guitar) and Barry Kieran (fiddle), Kern are Co. Louth’s best-loved contemporary folk band and no strangers to our stage. We are proud to welcome them back to our venue this autumn to mark the launch of their new single.

Film Club | Theatre Club With support from our screening partner access>CINEMA, Droichead Film Club returns with a great new line up of movies from around the globe. And we're delighted to announce the return of live theatre to our venue, with some great plays featuring amazing actors coming up in the Autumn season. ...and our Slow Sessions return this autumn to our gallery, the first taking place this Saturday 26 Sep at 2.15pm. Easy and well-known session tunes which are played slowly to enable people in the early stages of their playing or those returning to music to have an opportunity to play together in a friendly, supportive and informal setting, limited to 15 places and strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines. Masks are compulsory. BOOK NOW The return of music, theatre & film to venues is only possible because we adhere to all government guidelines. Smaller audience, hand sanitisers, protective screens, signage, deep cleaning, masks & more. All shows must be booked in advance. There is limited capacity of only 40 seats.
