With Winter fast approaching you’re probably beginning to think about how you’ll handle your workouts in the cold weather. You probably don’t want to go outside in the cold to exercise, so why not try a few indoor exercises? There are plenty of great workouts you can do from the comfort of your own home, and a lot of them require little to no equipment. Here are a few great indoor exercises to try this winter.

HIIT A high-intensity interval training program is ideal for people who want to make the most of their workouts in a shorter amount of time. During a HIIT session, you go fast and hard for a few minutes, then take a break. For instance, you might spend 60 seconds doing lunges before taking a short 30-second break and jumping back in with another 60 seconds of squats.
