A manager would use information about emerging trends to inform planning and to shape the organization's future. You will profit from this research because knowing the trends in your field will enable you to make informed decisions about your own employment options, or to take advantage of future job opportunities. Your paper will be 5-7 pages, not including your cover page and References page(s), double-spaced and set up in APA standards.
