Paper For Above instruction Assignment 1: The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a vital project management tool. Select a task from your current or previous job, a company you're familiar with, or one you wish to research. Decompose the task into two subtasks, further break down one subtask into two work packages, and then provide two levels of effort for one work package. Present your WBS in a simple indented format. Discuss how a WBS could be applied in other areas of your professional or personal life. Your initial post should be at least 200 words and supported by at least one professional or academic source beyond the textbook. Assignment 2: A project manager needs to develop team members’ skills. Read the Forbes article “4 Ways to Help Your Team Adapt to Change” by Jeff Boss. Reflect on which of these suggestions you've seen used in your organization, which one you think would be most beneficial to introduce to your current team, and explain why. Your post should be at least 200 words, supported by at least one professional or academic source beyond the textbook, and should use this week's lecture as a basis. Respond to at least two classmates’ posts. Assignment 3: Project Management Software for Roto Air: Use Smartsheet to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on provided project data. Create a free trial account at smartsheet.com, then build a project plan including tasks, durations, start dates, assigned personnel, predecessors, and a visual Gantt chart. Complete the setup following the detailed instructions, export the final work breakdown schedule as a PDF, and submit it. The PDF should include the WBS, task durations, start and finish dates, owners, and a clear visual of your project timeline. No title page or references are necessary.
