Analyzing their recent organizational changes reveals important insights into industry trends, innovation strategies, and employee management. **Competitors and Organizational Changes in the Last Five Years** Apple Inc., renowned for its innovative consumer electronics and software solutions, has undergone significant organizational changes recently. One notable change has been its shift towards service-based revenue streams, exemplified by the expansion of Apple Services, including Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and Apple Pay. This strategic pivot was to diversify revenue and reduce dependence on hardware sales (Limbach, 2020).
