This paper explores three primary reasons why users remain frustrated with modern applications, offers solutions for each, discusses methods to distinguish between frustration caused by system design and that due to learning curves, and proposes strategies to better serve disabled populations in human-computer interaction (HCI). Reasons for Continued User Frustration with Modern Applications The persistent frustrations experienced by users can be attributed to several key factors. Methods to Reduce User Frustration for Each Reason To address these issues, targeted strategies can significantly improve the user experience.
