The report, 2-4 pages, (2 full page minimum) needs to include reflections on the relationship developed between the student and the volunteer manager and/or other staff, volunteers, or clients at the service site. Additionally, observations on the operations of the organization, their structure, and the services they provide should be included. Personal reflections about the service experience in general are also required. Service Verification Form must be submitted as well in order to receive credit for this assignment.
