This process involves job analysis, advertising open positions, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Effective recruitment ensures that organizations secure individuals whose skills and cultural fit align with organizational goals, ultimately contributing to productivity and growth. HR professionals also play a vital role in designing and implementing fair and consistent hiring procedures, complying with employment laws to prevent discrimination and lawsuits. Training and development, another fundamental HR responsibility, focuses on enhancing employee skills and knowledge to improve performance and support career advancement. HR professionals assess training needs, design programs, and facilitate skill development through workshops, e-learning, and coaching.
