From Argentina to Punta Mita, New Pop-up Restaurant at El Surf Club December 16 - January 4, 2024 El Surf Club is pleased to present its series of Popup Restaurants with the arrival of Argentinean chef Federico Ziegler, a professional with 25 years of experience in global gastronomy who has left an indelible culinary mark in various places around the world.

Throughout his career, Chef Federico has left his mark in prestigious culinary corners, such as the renowned Domaine Des Hauts de Loire in France, distinguished with two Michelin stars. He has participated in international festivals in Montreal, Vancouver, Prague and Warsaw, and has held the position of corporate chef at the Orient Express chain in Peru, as well as in prestigious hotels such as the W Hotel in Santiago and the Awasi Patagonia. His talent was recognized in Santiago, Chile, where his restaurant "Polvo" won the "Revelation Chef of the Year" award. His most recent achievement is the restaurant “La Gloria Cantina” in Mendoza, Argentina, awarded "Best Gourmet Cuisine" in 2022.

Moreover, it plays an essential role in increasing the survival rate of these little creatures.
