We are thrilled to have you on board for this is a one-of-a-kind event that lets you see, touch, feel and experience. As a valued exhibitor we have included below information to ensure your participation at the 2016 Dream Big Expo is both smooth and successful. Event Floor Plan See Appendix 1 for the Expo floor plan Please use your stand number when communicating with the Event Managers and all suppliers to identify your location. Final floor plan and stand locations are subject to change however we will always endeavor to fulfill requests. Any changes to the final floor plan will be distributed prior to the event. Exhibitor Identification Passes All exhibitors are required to wear their exhibitor pass when on site. Please advise Jess how many passes your stand requires. Exhibitor passes can be collected upon arrival at bump in from the information desk in the showground. On arrival please check in with the information desk to confirm your arrival and safety requirements of the venue Bump in and bump out times Bump in From 12noon Thursday 13th October 2016
Bump Out Strictly after 4.30pm Sunday 16th October 2016 OR Monday 17th October between 8-1pm
‘Bump In’ and ‘Bump out’ refers to the time exhibitors can access the event to set up and pack up their stands. Please note bump in on Thursday concludes at 8pm, and recommences at 8am on Friday morning. All stands are to be show ready by 4pm Friday 14th October. During bump in and bump out all exhibitors are to wear high-vis vests for safety. Care of Exhibition Space Exhibitors are responsible for the upkeep of their own booth for the duration of the event. The venue will not clean within the booths. The venue’s cleaners will vacuum through the !

Removal of Waste During bump in and bump out Dream Big Expo staff will be available to remove any rubbish. At the conclusion of the expo each day please place rubbish in the aisles to be collected. Fork Lift/ Pallet Life Dream Big Expo has a fork lift and pallet jack which only Dream Big Expo staff are permitted to operate. Please advise Jess in advance if either will be required. Power Requirements All power requirements are to be pre-arranged with Dream Big Expo before 12th October 2016. Please contact: Jessica O’Connell Event Coordinator 08 9328 9771 0434 240 912 jess@eventservicesproductions.com Security Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken, Dream Big Expo accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring to persons or property in the Dream Big Expo. Valuable items should never be left unattended. Please notify Dream Big Expo staff if you see anything suspicious. A security guard can be arranged for an additional fee. Insurance It is each exhibitor’s responsibility to insure themselves against loss or damage for any equipment, fittings, products or materials that are brought onto the premises. Dream Big Expo is not responsible for and is to be released from any liability in regard to loss, damage or theft of any delivered/stored items.

Damage Dream Big Expo does not permit: - Any items to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered by use of gaffer, double side tape, blue tape or other adhesive to any wall, door or other surface - Any alteration or addition to the structure, fittings, decoration, seating or furnishings Dangerous Liquids/ Flammable Materials Dream Big Expo will not permit any naked flames, explosives, fuel, ammunition, firearms or inflammable liquid acetylene gas or explosive oils, compounds or substances to be brought into or used on the premises without proper containment and security, and of course prior approval from Dream Big Expo. First Aid Should first-aid be required a Dream Big Expo staff member will contact a qualified first aid attendant. Dream Big Expo has qualified medics and a first aid post on site at all times. Carpets All furniture, pot plants etc. must have mats placed underneath each so as to protect the carpet from any possible damage. All vehicles require a drip tray beneath them. Animals and pets Animals or pets are not permitted within Dream Big Expo unless prior approval has been attained. Provision of Food Exhibitors, delegates and organizers are not permitted to supply their own food unless prior approval has been attained by Dream Big Expo. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the product/item being confiscated.

Telecommunication Services Under no circumstances will an exhibitor be permitted to supply their own IT networking equipment (i.e. port hubs, router etc.) as this could have a direct impact on the network for the event as a whole. Dream Big Expo will enable a wireless connection to the Internet for all suppliers. This service is complimentary. A login will be provided to you on arrival to site. Parking Exhibitor parking is available through Gate 1 at no charge. Guest Parking is available at a cost of $5 per car per day. This fee is payable at entry to the car park via Gate 5.
