Week #15 – 2024
Dear Members,
This week I am writing from beautiful Thailand while our Chairman Bo is still on mv ABB Vanessa sailing on the high seas and Heidi is back in Vienna. In the last two weeks we have begun hosting online one-to-one meetings with members again, see below for the next available meetings you can sign up for.
The next in-person meeting we are hosting will be our Africa Regional Meeting in Accra, Ghana on 6-7 June, 2024. Join the meeting to gain more insight into the region and make valueable connections. Contact Heidi to signup.
We will also be present at Breakbulk in Europe and we will be hosting a lunch for members in Houston on the day that Breakbulk Americas begins. Check the rest of the newsletter for more information on upcoming events.

At this moment our network Chairman encountered mv Trove of Hoegh Autoliners (Service Provider to CLC Projects) in the Indian Ocean East of Mauritius while onboard mv ABB Vanessa.

A.R.T. Logistics Overcoming Challenges During Ramadan
Amidst the sacred month of Ramadan, where time is of the essence, the dedicated team at A.R.T. Logistics rose to the occasion yet again! They recently undertook the task of loading 2 excavators and 1 asphalt paver, a project that came with its fair share of challenges. With shortened working hours due to the observance of Ramadan, coordinating with authorities and ensuring smooth operations posed a significant hurdle.
But, true to their commitment to excellence, the A.R.T. Logistics team successfully executed the task, meeting the deadlines with precision and efficiency.

Wintop Heavy Lift Shipped an Oil Transfer Arm from Lianyungang to Zhoushan, China
Cargo particulars:
Total one package weighing 40mt and measuring 380 cubic meters.
Wintop Heavy lift used road and landing craft transportation. Due to the extreme length of 28.2 meters the transport was challenging.

Megalift Handled a Materials Delivery for a 300-MW Hydropower Plant in Kelantan
This is an ongoing project. This round Megalift had several shipments comprising of flat rack containers. Due to the distance of more than 300 km and to reduce potential additional charges, Megalift unstuffed all the containers in their own yard and transported the cargoes in batches to the site.
