Hello, and welcome!

Dear Friends,

Thank you for being here and for supporting Drayton Entertainment’s belief that arts education is not just enrichment, it’s essential. We believe it prepares the next generation not only to navigate an uncertain future, but to shape it with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

This year, 56 students from 25 high schools have come together under the guidance of professional mentors to take part in the Youth Academy’s flagship initiative: The High School Musical Production Program. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and supporters like you, this life-changing program remains completely barrier-free with no tuition, no fees, and no obstacles to participation.

These young people are learning what it means to be brave, to trust one another, and to take creative risks – skills that will serve them far beyond the stage.

Why Mean Girls: The High School Version? Because it speaks directly to the challenges teens face today: identity, belonging, peer pressure, bullying, and the transformative power of kindness. In the safe, creative space of theatre, our students aren’t just growing as artists – they’re growing as people.

If you haven’t yet explored all that the Youth Academy has to offer, we invite you to visit www.DraytonEntertainmentYouthAcademy.com. There, you’ll find opportunities for all ages and stages of life to discover the rewards of bravery and belonging.

For now, it’s time to sit back and cheer as loudly as you can as we all celebrate a future where everyone has a place in the story.

With heartfelt gratitude,

the cast
