The Drax Group is a New York-based parent company with a portfolio that spans food, wellness, the arts, agriculture, philanthropy, and publishing Each of its businesses is distinct in its medium and its moment What unites them is a shared commitment to excellence, to community, and to the belief that the best businesses don't just operate, they enrich the world around them The vision for the next three years is to deepen, expand, and move boldly forward on every front
The Drax Group is, above all else, a people-first company That is not a tagline but the principle that has guided every decision from the very beginning, and it is the lens through which every opportunity ahead will be evaluated
At its core, Drax is in the business of helping people realize their dreams The businesses that make up the Group Bread Story, Wellness+ Studio, Drax Productions, Burr Hall Farm, The William J von Liebig Foundation, Drax Fine Art, and Drax Publishing did not come together by accident Each one represents a vision someone deeply believed in, a craft someone devoted themselves to, and a community someone wanted to serve. The Drax Group's role has always been to provide the support, the infrastructure, and the belief that makes those visions possible.
The next few years are about thoughtful, intentional, and ambitious expansion. Bread Story is poised to grow both locally and nationally, bringing its authentic French bakery experience to new communities beyond its New York roots Wellness+ Studio continues to build one of the city's most comprehensive wellness offerings Drax Productions is actively seeking new film and television projects Burr Hall Farm is deepening its presence in the Connecticut market Drax Fine Art is developing its collection Drax Publishing is finding its footing as a genuine champion of emerging voices And the von Liebig Foundation will continue to give, as it always has, with generosity and purpose
Beyond the existing portfolio, Drax is actively looking ahead New startups, new partnerships, and new projects are on the horizon, opportunities that align with the Group's values and benefit from the kind of hands-on, people-centered stewardship that has always defined Drax's operations If the past three years were about building, the next three are about growing, and doing so in a way that continues to put people, their dreams, and their communities first
This past year has been an incredible journey full of twists and turns and ups and downs, the most significant of which was the passing of our beloved founder, Mrs von Liebig, on September 22nd, 2025, at the age of 95
Mrs., her vision, her generosity, and her courage are the foundation of everything Drax is and will continue to be. It is our aim to honor Mrs. and her legacy as we move forward, continuing to change lives and worlds just as Mrs has profoundly changed mine and ours
I am looking forward to this new chapter and new vision for The Drax Group. From streamlining our organization and operations, moving to new headquarters, to exploring new projects and creating a thriving ecosystem where each company and each project supports the others and intersects symbiotically
I hope that this guide, gives you a sense of who we are, what we do, and where we are headed. And perhaps, there is a space for us to create something incredible, and impactful, together.
Here’s to a new era, for Drax, and our community,

MICHAEL ENNIS Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

An authentic French bakery in the heart of Stuytown, New York City, Bread Story not only serves freshly baked savior-faire to the community, but supplies the bread for Michelin star restaurants in the city, including Le Bernardin, Essential by Christophe, Gabriel Kreuther, and The Mark
Bread Story uses only the best ingredients and the most authentic techniques, but what truly sets it apart is the sincerity and depth of care it shows toward its products, internal team, customers, and B2B partners. With us, you get a partner that is invested in you, not just the transaction.
Expansion is an integral part of the new vision for Bread Story, both at a local, New York City Level, and nationally Growing the B2B, deepening the B2C, and expanding to new locations are at the forefront of Bread Story’s goals.

The William J. von Liebig Foundation has, over five years, established itself as a meaningful force in the animal welfare space through its annual $25,000 von Liebig Prize, most recently awarded to Kelly Sutliff of Kelly's K9s Tails of Courage.
The Foundation's work is a direct expression of the Group's deepest values that business and philanthropy are not separate endeavors but inseparable In the years ahead, the Foundation will continue to elevate exceptional advocates for animals and the people who love them, ensuring that generosity remains at the center of everything the Drax Group does.

Wellness+ Studio, celebrated its third anniversary in early 2026 with a significant expansion: the addition of physical therapy services, bringing together a powerful professional trifecta of fitness, aesthetics, and physical rehabilitation, rest, and recovery all under one roof
The studio has been featured in over fifteen publications, including:

The studio's philosophy that true wellness is a practice, not a product, and that prevention is worth far more than any cure is one that the market increasingly understands. The vision forward is to continue building a team of best-in-class professionals, deepen the studio's presence on Madison Avenue, and establish Wellness+ Studio as the premier destination for comprehensive, bespoke wellness in New York City

Situated in the rolling hills of Middlebury, Connecticut, is perhaps the Group's most ambitious long-term project: a startup farm in active transition to a fully organic, regenerative agricultural model.
With fields of grapes and lavender, a honeybee sanctuary, a butterfly garden, chicken pastures, produce, and a beautiful nature path already underway, and its medicinal honey beginning to appear in local stores, coffee shops, and markets across the local area, Burr Hall Farm is building both its product line and its community presence with great intention.
The farm's three-year vision is to fully realize its regenerative model, expand its market reach, erect a farm store on the property, build a second entrance, and establish Burr Hall Farm as a recognized name in sustainable agriculture: a living demonstration that farming, when done right, gives back to the land as much as it takes from it.
Hosting weddings, and extending the property to the film industry for film sets are also considerations on the horizon

Drax Productions is the Group's boutique film and television arm: a creative incubator with a sharp eye for compelling, genre-defining projects. With the success of their first feature film, The Dreadful, starring Sophie Turner, Kit Harrington, and Marcia Gay Harden, Drax Productions will actively seek new film and television projects over the next few years, with horror as its creative home base and a belief that storytelling is always, at its core, about something real. The company will pursue original productions and partnerships, focusing on finishing funds, expanding its slate, and growing its creative footprint in an industry that rewards boldness and distinctive vision.
Drax Fine Art brings the Group's curatorial sensibility to the world of visual art acquiring exceptional works and building a collection that holds both aesthetic and financial value The current collection includes a Gilliam, a drapery piece of significant stature, alongside a beautiful array of Indian miniatures, part of Mrs. von Liebig's personal collection. Over the next three years, the company will continue to develop this portfolio with the same discernment and long view it brings to everything else
Drax Publishing (DPub) is the newest and perhaps most quietly audacious member of the Group's family of companies Still in its early days, DPub aspires to become a boutique publishing house that is more than a label, but a home, a platform, a stage for creators who deserve to be heard With a particular focus on amplifying the voices of women and minorities, specifically those of older and younger ages, too often unheard in the industry, Drax Publishing intends to build something that lasts. The Drax Digest, an internal newsletter in the form of a magazine, now 37 issues strong and growing, is DPub’s current manifestation of this as both a product of that vision and proof of what is possible
