ABOUT Dr. Joe Mongelli is a member of the University of Sydney's Honorary Associates programme. Previously worked at the Western Clinical School, Nepean Hospital, University of Sydney, NSW, as a Clinical Associate Professor and Senior Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY Dr Joe is the Senior Staff Specialist and Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Western Clinical School, Nepean Hospital, University of Sydney, NSW. He was appointed as a convener for Journal Club, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Napean Hospital in 2007. He is currently the Senior Staff Specialist and Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Western Clinical School, Nepean Hospital, University of Sydney, NSW.

RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS Dr Joe first thesis was on the topic "Immunology of spontaneous and induced tumours in the DA Rat" B Sc (Med.) at University of Sydney in 1980.

His second thesis got published in 1996. This was on the topic "An investigation of fetal growth in relation to pregnancy characteristics". It was D.M. Thesis at University of Nottingham.
