Abstract The present study was carried out to analyze A Study of Lifestyle, Depression and Adjustment of Students Preparing for Professional Courses through COACHING. This survey includes Total 1200 students of Kota city. Sample was randomaly selected for this study. The result indicates that also more factors affected by family, social, trade seeking, health, career and acadmic of Students lifestyle.

वातावरण, रहन-सहन, खान-पान, रीनत-ररवाज, जीवन जीने के तौर तरीके होंगे वैसा ही बालकों के जीवन पर प्रभाव पड़ता है | नवद्यानथियों को समाज या नवद्यालय के वातावरण के साथ समायोजन करने पर ही जीवन में सफलता प्राप्त होती है | आज समाज आधनु नकता की पाश्चात्यीकरण सभ्यता की ओर अग्रसर हो रहा है इसीनलए नकशोर नवद्याथी आधनु नक जीवनशैली को अपने जीवन में अपनाने का प्रयास कर रहे | आधनु नक जीवनशैली की चकाचौंध में नवद्याथी या बालक इतने लीन हो गये है नक वे अपने लक्ष्य से भटकर नशीले पदाथों का सेवन करने लगे है नजससे उनके के ररयर जीवन पर दष्प्ु प्रभाव पड़ रहा है तनाव
