First Founder’s Day was celebrated in school on 10th may, 2022. our wing had a class party and special assembly was organised. In first half, all the classes from LKG to 4th had a fruit salad party in their respective classrooms. children had brought different kinds of fruits to school. teachers chopped the fruits, and later children mixed them. they helped their teachers in arranging the chopped fruits on different plates. both teachers and children enjoyed it whole heartedly. In the second half, a special assembly was organised to commemorate Founder’s Day. the assembly commenced with school prayer. this was followed by a brief speech by principal, Ms Shafaq who enlightened children with the importance of this day. then, a dance item was presented by a group of students from classes 3rd and 4th and the same was enjoyed by one and all. this was followed by “raag" sung by another group of students from classes 3rd and 4th. the students sang it melodiously. later, another dance item was presented by class 2nd students. this too was applauded by all. few students also enacted all the principals school had so far. the assembly concluded with the felicitation of few students who had done remarkably well in sports and other artistic skills.

Being Healthy is a personal choice every human should be consciously. Aware of the best way to make it happen naturally is to adapt to it right from the childhood. To take this learning forward, and to encourage children towards eating fruits, classes LKG to 4th had a Fruit Salad Party on 10th May, 2022. Children brought fruits from home, some of them whole while others were cut. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of making the fruit salad in the most hygienic way. Then, teachers peeled the fruits and educated the children about not touching knives and peelers. They watched curiously while the teachers’ cut fruits like apple and kiwi. Later the children helped in mixing the fruits, and arranging them on different plates. Children appreciated and thanked each other for bringing fruits and enjoyed the fruit salad party

21st May, 2022 was a fun day for children as they were to be taken for a picnic. The children arrived school with eagerness ready to make the most of the day. LKG, UKG, and I students went to the majestic Shalimar Gardens, and classes II, III, and IV went to the soothing Harvan gardens. It was a pleasure to see students playing in gay abandon after tucking into the yummy preparations made by their parents. While some students raced each other, some played antakshari and some played with balls. Students returned to school, tired but joyous at the end of Day.

Pen it up! Once upon a time there was a child named Ali. He was in the orphanage because his parents were dead. Ali was 8-year-old. Ali was pious, honest, punctual and hardworking boy. When people would donate things, the children used to wait for toys to play with them but Ali was the only one who used to wait eagerly for the books to get knowledge from them. After so many years he became a successful man because of his hard work. also, he owns a house and he would donate things especially books to the orphanages and there were 100’s of children like Ali who wished to study and wait for the opportunities to get sources so that they can do well in life.
Moral: we should work hard and never miss a chance to gain knowledge. Ahmad Naveed
