Over 25 years of service to the community and providing family wealth management. RAYMOND JAMES ®

Securities offered through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FlNRA/SIPC. Phoenix Wealth Advisors is not a registered broker/dealer and is independent of Raymond James Financial Services. Investment advisory services offered through Phoenix Wealth Advisors, ©2018 Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/ SIPC. 18-BR83A-0017 AW 11/18 The Financial Times FT 300 Registered Investment Advisors 2019 award had about 40.5% of the 740 advisor applicants being recognized as a Registered Investment Advisor. The FT used the database of RIAs who are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and selected those practices reporting to the SEC that had $300 million or more in assets under management, and no more than 75% of the AUM with institutional clients. Additionally, the firm must be independent (not the RIA arm of a broker dealer for example). Qualifying RIA firms filled out an online application and questionnaire that gave more information about their practices. That information was augmented with their own research on the candidates, including data from regulatory filings. The FT generated an internal score for each applicant based on six broad factors: advisor assets under management, AUM growth rate, the firm's years in operation, advisors' industry certifications (CFA, etc.), compliance record, and online accessibility. AUM and asset growth comprise roughly 80 percent to 90 percent of each RIA's score. Additionally, to provide a diversity of advisors, the FT placed a cap on the number of RIA's from any one state that's roughly correlated to the distribution of millionaires across the U.S. The ranking may not be representative of any one client's experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of an advisor's future performance. Neither Raymond James nor any of its Financial Advisors or RIA firms pay a fee in exchange for this award/ rating. The FT is not affiliated with Raymond James.

Welcome from the General Manager

“Welcome to DPAC…” Since opening in 2008, over five-million guests have heard that greeting as they walked through our doors to experience blockbuster Broadway shows, worldclass concerts, superstar comedians, and many special events including dance, speakers, holiday performances and family shows. We celebrated our five-millionth guest milestone last February and it was a significant reminder of how important you are, our members and guests. We called this past season, our “Comeback Season” and more than you know we appreciated your words of support, your attendance, and even your patience as we did our best to reopen and juggle a sense of both safety and normalcy. Big shows have graced our stage in the past and we have many more big events planned for this season and beyond. But even with the biggest show on our stage, DPAC would seem empty to us without having you in the audience, in the moment with family and friends, experiencing the magic and power of live entertainment. As I write this welcome note, DPAC is ranked among the best theaters in America by three national publications (Venues Now - #1, Pollstar - #2, Billboard - #5). Back in the summer of 2021 as we worked toward reopening there were many unknowns, but each day we kept moving forward with the understanding that it was important that we come together again to share the performances, the songs, the stories, the smiles and laughs, and even sometimes the tears, that live events bring to us in a way that no other entertainment form can. On behalf of my team at DPAC and our parent companies, Nederlander and Professional Facilities Management (PFM), we invite you to celebrate live with our 14th season and the incredible diversity and variety of the over 250 performances that will grace our stage. “Welcome to DPAC, we’re glad you are here.” Sincerely,

Bob Klaus, General Manager

Mobile Entry at DPAC

Your Phone is Now Your Ticket Mobile entry is a safe, easy, convenient, and contactless way to access and manage your tickets all in one place. Safety is every venue’s #1 priority and mobile entry gives DPAC a better understanding of who guests are prior to every performance through this new adaptation. Now, more than ever; it is critical for venues to know who is in possession of each ticket in order to be able to share important information with them

before the doors open and the show begins. With mobile entry, which is powered by DPAC’s official ticketing partner Ticketmaster; there’s no need for direct contact or physical exchange of your ticket. Mobile entry guarantees a quick and safe ticket scan straight from your phone. Our secure ticket technology reduces the risk of ticket fraud, eliminated the possibilities of theft or counterfeiting. Once you’ve purchased your mobile tickets on Ticketmaster; you can always rest assured you’re getting the seats you paid for. Always be aware, though. Do not purchase tickets from unauthorized online ticket brokers. Don’t be fooled by online websites who mimic DPAC’s name or website or offer tickets they might not even have. Go directly to DPACnc.com or to ticketmaster.com.

Guest Etiquette At DPAC, we’re committed to Guest Courtesy. Please remember to be a good neighbor to those seated around you.

After The Performance

Yes, the lobby gets busy and the parking lots can be tricky, but please remain at your seats until the houselights come up. As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, DPAC asks that you do not rush for the exits prematurely at the end of the performance.

Entering and Exiting the seating area

Please time your exits and re-entry to the seating area to occur only at intermission or breaks between songs. This is a courtesy to other guests around you who will appreciate you keeping these disruptions to a minimum.

Kids at DPAC

Please note that all guests require a ticket, regardless of age. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed at most DPAC performances including Broadway, Concerts and Comedy shows. For some shows, DPAC will make recommendations on the appropriate minimum age based on the content and the length of the event. Parental discretion is always advised and judgment of the appropriateness of the content for each show should be made on an individual basis prior to purchase. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seat without disturbing other guests. As a further courtesy to our guests, DPAC recommends one parent or chaperone for every one child in attendance.

It Can Wait

Please save texting until AFTER the show. The light from phones is distracting to others throughout the theater. Please keep them turned off.

It’s Superstar Entertainment, Not a Food Fest

Small snacks and drinks are welcome in the seating area, but as a courtesy to those around you, eat and drink as quietly as possible. Please know that odors and noisy wrappers can disturb others. We also ask that you finish sandwiches or other large food items before entering the seating area.

Photography / Video Recording Using Mobile Phones

At DPAC, each event that we host determines their own policy on photography and video recording using mobile phones. Please note that GoPro’s, tablets, and cameras of any kind are prohibited at all DPAC events. All Broadway shows prohibit photography and video recording.

Quiet Please

Once the show starts, please let the stage be the center of attention. We ask that you turn off all cell phones and limit conversation. If children are attending this performance with you, please exit the theater immediately if they become restless or talkative.

Performing Arts Ambassadors

Each fall, DPAC selects up to 30 high school students from across Central North Carolina who are passionate about live entertainment to serve as Performing Arts Ambassadors throughout the school year. Ambassadors are offered unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to attend DPAC’s varied and diverse Presented by events, while also having the chance to volunteer in guest service roles and report on their experiences via videos, online blogs, and social media posts. Through this program, DPAC provides Ambassadors with meaningful and impactful experiences, while guiding their future careers in the arts. Follow DPAC’s Performing Arts Ambassadors throughout the season by visiting DPACnc.com.
