“Welcome to DPAC…”

Since opening in 2008, over five-million guests have heard that greeting as they walked through our doors to experience blockbuster Broadway shows, worldclass concerts, superstar comedians, and many special events including dance, speakers, holiday performances and family shows. We celebrated our five-millionth guest milestone last February and it was a significant reminder of how important you are, our members and guests. We called this past season, our “Comeback Season” and more than you know we appreciated your words of support, your attendance, and even your patience as we did our best to reopen and juggle a sense of both safety and normalcy. Big shows have graced our stage in the past and we have many more big events planned for this season and beyond. But even with the biggest show on our stage, DPAC would seem empty to us without having you in the audience, in the moment with family and friends, experiencing the magic and power of live entertainment.

As I write this welcome note, DPAC is ranked among the best theaters in America by three national publications (Venues Now - #1, Pollstar - #2, Billboard - #5). Back in the summer of 2021 as we worked toward reopening there were many unknowns, but each day we kept moving forward with the understanding that it was important that we come together again to share the performances, the songs, the stories, the smiles and laughs, and even sometimes the tears, that live events bring to us in a way that no other entertainment form can.

On behalf of my team at DPAC and our parent companies, Nederlander and Professional Facilities Management (PFM), we invite you to celebrate live with our 14th season and the incredible diversity and variety of the over 250 performances that will grace our stage.

“Welcome to DPAC, we’re glad you are here.”

Sincerely,

Bob Klaus, General Manager
