As a Johnson Lexus President’s Club Member, we want to help you plan for the future with confidence and security.

During winter weather months, all performances scheduled at DPAC normally take place as planned.

Here is our pledge:

Under special circumstances, DPAC does offer those that miss the show the option of attending a future DPAC event as a make-good if weather or travel conditions prevent you from attending your ticketed performance. For more information on DPAC’s inclement weather policy, please visit: https://www. dpacnc.com/plan-your-visit/weather

• If a local or State government have any restrictions in place prohibiting events at venues such as DPAC, and your event is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund for the value of the tickets.

• If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date.

If you are unable to attend the new dates, you’ll have 30 days to request a full refund for the value of the tickets or a credit toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event.

• Your health is vital. If you have been ill, including having a temperature at any time in the two weeks prior to the performance, just let us know, and you’ll have the options of receiving a credit toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event or a full refund for the value of the tickets.

• If you are in a high-risk group and let us know threeweeks before the event that you are feeling uncomfortable about attending the event, you’ll have the option of receiving a credit toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event, a credit to your season ticket payment plan, or a full refund for the value of the tickets.
