Direct mailing was sent to all property managers with a physical posters to hang in buildings

Distributed with assistance of property managers via email and direct postcards to all units in multi-family properties 530 surveys collected representing 64 properties in Greater Downtown

Incentive: $100 restaurant gift card raffle
