COMING UP NEXT IN DOWNTOWN FREDERICK
The Partnership’s work is never done. We’re looking forward to an exciting year in FY24, filled with lots of events, new projects and growth in Downtown Frederick.
We’ll be bringing the first-ever State of Downtown Film Festival to Downtown Frederick, spurring community conversations around some of the major initiatives sitting on our horizon – such as streetscape redevelopment, community placemaking initiatives and smart growth for our downtown core.
We are eager to partner with the City of Frederick to launch an updated Market Analysis for Downtown Frederick, which will assist new businesses as they consider starting or locating here. Frederick Restaurant Week is getting a brand new twist as Bites & Bevs Frederick, showcasing all of the amazing culinary arts and craft beverages our County has to offer. To close out the year, construction is set to begin at the Seventh Street Fountain Park in Summer 2024 – which will result in a vibrant new community space and public artwork at the northern end of Downtown Frederick. Keep up with the latest at downtownfrederick.org, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media.
