Now in its second year, CHALET 313, Campus Martius Park’s stunning two-story heated lounge returns as Detroit’s ultimate holiday retreat. With cozy seating, a lively bar, and 360-degree views of the ice rink, Detroit’s Christmas tree and dazzling skyline, this glass-enclosed space is perfect for sipping seasonal drinks, warming up, and enjoying the holiday magic with family and friends in the heart of downtown. Made possible by generous funding from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation Revitalization and Placemaking Program, the William Davidson Foundation, the Downtown Development Authority, and Grand Prixmiere.
