OUTREACH HOT SPOTS:

apartment in February 2025. Case managers immediately went to work enrolling the clients into the program to be able to bridge them at the motel in which they were currently staying. After

their
immediate
shelter, the couple began applying for senior housing opportunities but were unable to meet (continued on page 3).
The team received various calls from the city for service up and down Lakewood Blvd. Another street that received multiple calls for service from the city was Florence Ave. The team engaged the folks on these two boulevards, but many individuals refused services. City Net partnered with the city of Downey’s Homeless Solutions Manager to find and engage individuals on the listed streets.
