One client has been working with City Net since 2024, as she was interested in services but was not comfortable entering a congregate shelter. Over the past year, the team has helped the client access

Teams focused outreach efforts along Firestone Boulevard once again, as they received calls for assistance behind businesses like the LA Fitness. Case managers were able to connect new clients with mental health services and interim housing placement..
