Nearly 700 people attended the event, which is the foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year. A portion of the funds raised this year will be used to purchase a new $2.7-million PET CT scanner to replace the current scanner, which has been in operation at the Edward Cancer Center in Naperville since 2005.
