Property amenities ESTATE – Dover Hall sits on 55 rolling acres with two gorgeous ponds located in the wooded section, as well as a Blue Stone Terrace and several stone walled gardens behind the castle. This area features rattan lounges, wrought iron seating, and two fire pits. Please explore at your leisure.

REFLECTING POOL – This is an active swimming pool available for your use. Dover Hall does not staff lifeguards and discourages overconsumption of alcohol while using the pool. For your safety, pool usage is prohibited after dusk.

BILLIARDS ROOM – Resembling a trophy room from the era of Teddy Roosevelt, this room contains 27 amazing taxidermy pieces. Use of the pool table is available to overnight guests. As the Monarch Brunswick pool table is an extremely rare find built in 1895, please refrain from placing any food or beverage on the table.

LIBRARY – Fashioned after the library at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, the two-story Library contains a plethora of fantastic literary works. Please help your yourself to any of our books or enjoy one of your own.

PARLOR – This room features a wealth of natural light as well as an ornately carved cabinet and a 48 light chandelier all from the era of Louis XVI. WINE CELLAR – Enjoy a premium glass of wine in the catacomb-like and temperature controlled wine cellar. Adorned with stone walls and blue stone flooring, this room opens out to the Secret Garden, one of the most peaceful areas of the estate.

GREAT ROOM – Located just off the Formal Kitchen, this space is perfect for gathering.

Three full walls of floor to ceiling windows and a Wurlitzer player piano offer a bright and elegant ambience.
