GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND REFERENDUM This bond referendum will ask citizens if bonds should be raised to pay for the design and construction costs to renovate Jessie Davis Park. This bond includes synthetic turf on playing fields, a new swimming pool, splash pad, restroom building and pavilion areas, as well as other phases for gymnasium, community center and senior center.
