Douglas “Doug” Lemott Jr. is CISO at the Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk (ARC), leading secure, compliant tech solutions to protect critical functions vital to economic & national security. With 30+ years in cybersecurity & IT, he previously served as VP/Deputy CISO at SAP NS2, and Director at VMware, shaping cybersecurity programs across industries. A retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, Doug led cyber defense for the MCEN. He holds advanced degrees in National Security & Computer Science.
