Accessible Facilities Adaptor
Accessible facilities are available throughout the hotel, including specially designed guest rooms and access to all event facilities. Please press for a fulllist of services and facilities.
Power adaptors and transformers are available for all appliances upon request and subject to availability.
Air Conditioning
The control for the air conditioning is located on the wall at the entrance to your guest room. Adjust the temperature and fan speed to your requirement. Please note the temperature displayed will revert back to the current ambient temperature after temperature adjustments have been made.
Alarm Clock
You will find an alarm clock displaying local Bangkok time on the bedside table. Please press for assistance with setting the alarm or to arrange a personal wake up call.
Baby Facilities And Baby Sitting
Complimentary cots are available at any time. Professional childcare services may be arranged upon request and require 24 hours advance reservations.
BLACK-OUT CURTAINS
Our curtains block out 99 percent of exterior light. The translucent daylight blinds are designed to block 10 percent of daylight, so you can still enjoy views without glare.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 3.00 pm, and Check-out time is Noon. Later Check-out times may be accommodated upon request with an additional charge, as well as revised travel plans, whenever possible.
Chemist
Many chemists are located nearby for a range of medical requirements. Please contact the Concierge for more information.
Courier Service
This is available at the Concierge.
Do Not Disturb
For complete privacy, please press the Do Not Disturb button next to the entrance door. Please note, security protocals require the hotel to enter guest rooms who have had the Do Not Disturb sign on for longer than 24 hours.
Dry Cleaning And Laundry Service
Comprehensive dry cleaning and laundry services are available through the Laundry team. An express service is also available for an additional cost. Collection baskets, laundry operating hours and a price list are found in the wardrobe. Simply put your clothes inside the laundry basket, fill out the form and press to arrange for collection before 10:00 am.

The pre-programmed electronic room key is exclusive to each guest room. Please contact the Front Desk for an additional or replacement key.
Lighting
Light switches are located by the entrance to the guest room, inside the bathroom and on the wall by the bedside table. The lamp is operated from the unit itself.
LOST & FOUND
We will do our best to return all items once they have been found. However, we are only able to retain such items for a limited period.
Mails
All mails received will be delivered promptly. The Concierge can also arrange mail or parcel deliveries on your behalf. Please note that mail is accepted only for in-house guests or those with future reservations.
Messages
All messages received by the hotel on your behalf will be delivered to your room at the earliest opportunity. Messages marked urgent will be delivered immediately. Please inform Reception by pressing if you are expecting any messages.
Pillows
A wide range of pillows are available for you to choose. Please press to make a selection.
TEA & COFFEE
A kettle, cups, and a selection of tea and co ee are provided in guest rooms. Press to replenish stocks.
