One man who knows plenty about innovation is One&Only Resorts president and COO Philippe Zuber, whose company has been at the forefront of ultra-luxury hospitality since its launch in 2002. I caught up with him in Cannes at the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) to chat about One&Only’s new brand architecture, the changing image of business travel and the process of creating a new resort from a blank canvas (page 44).
