She is teaching us the importance of breath and its link to the function of the nervous system.

We meet once a week to restore our focus, invigorate our mind and body AND reduce stress.

Everyone who participates looks forward to gathering each week ering each week to relax, stretch and refocus our energy.

After each valuable session, we go back to our offi ces and feel refreshed and alert.

Please show support for the Hawaii’s Special Olympics and our Hawaii Law Enforcement agencies as we (Harbor Police) are proud to participate in this year’s 2020 Troy Barboza Law Enforcement Torch Run set on Friday, May 29, 2020. Offi cer Troy Barboza was an undercover HPD offi cer who was shot and killed by a drug suspect he had previously arrested.

We (Harbor Police) would like everyone from DOT to show your support for this wonderful opportunity to give back to our boys and girls of Special Olympics Hawaii and honor the memory of Offi cer Troy Barboza.
