Safer Schools App

Earlier in the term we launched our new ‘Safer Schools App’ which is provided by our insurance provider Zurich Municipal. We would like to take this oppertunity to remind parents, carers, students and staff to make sure they have the app downloaded.

The online world can be a bit overwhelming at times, but it is important we understand what our children are doing online so we can help make them safer. The Safer Schools App aims to help with this by providing you and your child with up to date advice and support around the online world.

The App is designed to support and protect children by educating and empowering them at school and at home. Once students have downloaded the App they will get access to information that is relevant to them and you will receive tips and advice on how to keep them safer online.

If you missed the launch you can find attached below instructions for downloading the App; the App is role specific to each group within our school community (Teachers, Parents/Carers and students) and to access relevant information to your role you’ll need to use the correct 4 digit access, this was emailed at the time of the launch.
