#StringerLearning@HOME Student Work Gallery - Edition 4 Hello parents and carers, Hope you and your loved ones remain happy and healthy. We are proud that our children and young people remain engaged with the remote learning that our staff have worked so hard to design, set and feedback to over the last couple of months. Welcome to our 4th publication of the #Stringer Learning@ Home Gallery. This week we have focussed on French, Spanish and PE. It’s obvious from the wonderful work being submitted by students that we’re keeping languages alive and keeping our students physically active. So many of our students have received lots of Achievement Points in recognition of the effort and resilience they’re showing in working independently at home. We also want to say thank you again to all our parents and carers for the support you continue to offer, guiding your children to keep to a routine and exercise those brains. Year 7 French wrote about clothes, what they like to wear and what they wear in different types of weather:

Beau created this outstanding project of her idol in boxing. She linked the boxer to her work on the components of fitness and fitness testing.
GCSE PE LEARNING@HOME
Sonny in Sports Studies. Sonny has been amazing during remote learning, he has completed all work on time and has engaged well with the online YouTube lessons. Courtney has continued to work exceptionally hard during lockdown. Her work has been exceptional using the notes and worksheets to create her own beautifully crafted notes!
Alex’s love of Basketball was epitomized through this fantastic piece of work on the fitness tests!

Tom applied his work to the world famous sprinter Usain Bolt.
Lola used her knowledge of netball to apply GCSE PE work to international netballer Joanne Marten.

Florence has done some fantastic work on rugby and Ben Youngs.
Danny got creative for his project on Owen Farrell & Lily’s extensive knowledge of athletics have been very useful whilst starting her NEA.
