AsWomen’sHeadCoachyouwilloverseeandtakeresponsibilityoftheWomen’s Sectionwhichincludesthecontinualdevelopmentandleadingofcoachinggroupand developmentofplayers.
Duties&Responsibilities:
OverallResponsibilities
DeliveryofaWeeklyprogramconsistingof2trainingsessionsand1matchday reflectingandimplementingperformanceimprovementsandteamstrategy ResponsibleforSessionsPlanningandutilisingcoachingteam ResponsibleforSelectionandfeedbacktoplayersandcoachingteam DrivinggoodculturealignedwithDorkingandRFUcorevalues. TrainingDayResponsibilities:
SessionPlanning SessionDelivery
Ensurealltrainingkitandmaterialpresent. Collaboratewithcoachingstaff,S&CandMedicaltoensurethealignmentatevery pointoftheourmidweekdelivery.
MatchDayResponsibilities:
TeamSelectionandeffectivecommunicationbothinternallyandexternally EnsureteammanagerisonpointwithMatchdaypreparation Unitandteamalignmentonobjectivesanddeliveryofstrategy

Essential: HeadCoachorLeadingateamofcoaches Managingstakeholdersacrossvariouslevels Drivegoodcultureandcompletetransparency
Qualifications
Essential: RFUL3coachingqualification(orworkingtowardsit) Validandup-to-dateDBScheck.
