Asheadcoachforthecoltssection,youwilloverseethetransitionof16'stoColtsand ensuringthereiscompleteintegration
GeneralSessionplanning,SessionDelivery, Workingcloselywiththecoachingstaff andStrength&Conditioningteamalongsideensuringplayerwelfareandsafereturnto-playprotocolsarefollowedareallexpectedofthis
Duties&Responsibilities:
OverallResponsibilities
Providehigh-qualitydevelopmentorientatedsessionplanning.
Deliverfastpacedsessionswithoutlosingsightofkeymessageslanding
Ensureallcoachesintheteamhaveabilitytoupskillascoachesandsupportthe deliveryoftheColtsprogram
LiaisewithMedicalteamweeklyonplayerstatus
WorkcloselywithS&ConthedeliveryoftheColtsDevelopmentProgramme(CDP) toensurewegetcorrectphysicaldevelopmentandconditioning.
TrainingDayResponsibilities:(Mon&Thu)
Ensureallpartiesarefullyincludedandcommunicatedastowhatthetrainingplan consistof.
Clarityorrolesandobjectivesforeffectivesessiondelivery
Ensureallequipment(Cones,Ballsetc)arereadyforsessiondeliverybyworking closelywithcoachingteam.
TrainingdaysareMonday(CDPnightswithoptionofField)andThursdaynights (FieldSessions)
MatchDayResponsibilities:(Sun)
EnsureteamselectionareconductedwithCoachinggroupandcommunicated internallyinatimelyFashion.(FinalisedbyFridayamforSundayFixture) Matchdaylogisticsandtimingstobecommunicatedtoallinvolved KitRequirementsandlogisticsarrangedwithClubKitManagerandCoaching group
