Arblu inizia il suo percorso imprenditoriale con Pier Giorgio Presotto nel 1996 collaborando ad oggi con i figli Giuseppe, Diada e Giovanni.

Arblu started its business in 1996 with Pier Giorgio Presotto, nowadays he collaborates with his sons Giuseppe, Diada and Giovanni.

Alla sede del 1998 a Roveredo in Piano in Provincia di Pordenone segue il trasferimento nel 2003 nell’attuale stabilimento di 12.000 mq di superficie coperta strutturato in 8 aree funzionali: uffici, reparto lavorazione materie prime, montaggio, magazzino, reparto spedizioni, reparto mobili, laboratori test e showroom.

To the first headquarters in Roveredo in Piano in 1998, it follows in 2003 the actual headquarters, an indoor area of 12.000 sq.m. with 8 structural areas: offices, production, assembly dept., warehouse, shipping dept., furniture dept., test lab and showroom.

La maestria nel lavorare materiali tra loro distanti ma complementari come il vetro, il legno, l’alluminio e nuovi composti di resine naturali quali Pietrablu e Tecnoblu sono alla fonte del Made in Italy by Arblu.

Dal 1996 ad oggi l’azienda è stata protagonista di una costante crescita nella proposta di prodotti e servizi sempre più dettagliati.

Alle Pareti Doccia e Sopravasca che hanno caratterizzato la nascita di Arblu nel mercato italiano nel 2006 si sono affiancati Box Multifunzione e Colonne Doccia. È il 2008 l’anno della specializzazione nella produzione di Piatti doccia culminata nel 2009 con l’integrazione coordinata di tutto l’Arredo bagno.

Arblu oggi rappresenta la soluzione Made in Italy per le esigenze del bagno contemporaneo.

Mastery in working with materials that differ widely from one another, yet are complementary - examples include glass, wood, aluminium and new composites of natural resins, such as Pietrablu and Tecnoblu - lies at the heart of the Made in Italy products by Arblu.

Since 1996, the company has been a major player in its sector, initially by constantly expanding its line of products, and now by offering increasingly specialised services. The shower and bathtub screens that were among Arblu’s first products on the Italian market were joined in 2006 by multipurpose shower enclosures and columns.

2008 is the year of the specialization in the production of shower trays, that culminates in 2009 with the coordinated integration with the bathroom furniture. Today Arblu represents the solution Made in Italy for the market’s demands of the contemporary bathroom.

Arblu sorge a Fontanafredda immersa nell’area naturalistica delle risorgive dell’Alto Livenza in Provincia di Pordenone in quella locomotiva dell’economia nazionale conosciuta come il Nordest italiano.

Arblu was founded in Fontanafredda, in the midst of the nature area where Livenza river originates in the Province of Pordenone, in the locomotive of the Italian economy that is known as Northeast Italy.

Terra di confine non tanto tra l’Italia e l’Europa continentale quanto tra il Veneto con i suo fasti legati alla moda internazionale e il Friuli Venezia Giulia operoso e metalmeccanico.

Arblu nasce in Italia nel 1996 svolgendo l’attività di produzione Box Doccia.

Arblu established in Italy in 1996 producing Shower Cabins.

Rivolta prevalentemente al mercato italiano in cui è riconosciuta come azienda leader del settore è a partire dal 2000 che inizia il processo di espansione commerciale verso i mercati esteri come ambasciatrice del Made in Italy.

Predominantly devoted to servicing the Italian market, where it is recognised as a leading company in its sector, Arblu began expanding its business into foreign markets in 2000 as an ambassador for Made in Italy products.

Nel corso degli anni la struttura si è progressivamente ampliata fino a raggiungere una superficie coperta di circa 12.000 mq inserita in una proprietà con una superficie totale di 27.000 mq.

Over the years, the facilities have gradually expanded until they now cover an enclosed area of around 12,000 square meters, which is part of an estate with a total area of 27,000 square meters.

VETRI I cristalli inseriti nei box doccia, di vari spessori secondo il modello scelto, vengono temperati attraverso macchinari all’avanguardia che conferiscono loro un’eccezionale resistenza allo sfondamento, all’urto e alla flessione, seguendo le normative internazionali di sicurezza UNI EN 12150-1 e UNI EN 14428. Anche le lastre in crilex hanno la garanzia della sicurezza in quando sono conformi alla prova di urto secondo la norma UNI EN 14428.

PROFILI DI ALLUMINIO L’alluminio utilizzato nei telai, oltre ad essere della migliore qualità, viene protetto con una verniciatura speciale a base di polveri epossidiche. I profili vengono realizzati con lega primaria 6060 seguendo le normative dei marchi europei “QUALANOD” per l’ossidazione e “QUALICOAT” per la verniciatura.

LEGNO L’arredo bagno Arblu è realizzato in legno idrorepellente, atossico e resistente al calore umido secondo gli standard UNI 9117, resistente al calore secco UNI 9116, all’abrasione UNI 9115 ed ha inoltre superato la prova di rigonfiamento flessione statica ed assorbimento acqua.

TECNOBLU Materiale solido, non poroso, omogeneo e non trattato con vernici, composto da cariche minerali e resine, resistente e rinnovabile.

PIETRABLU Pietrablu è un sistema di superfici ingegnerizzato da Arblu. Materiale pregiato ed esteticamente di impatto, la scelta ideale per chi ama la sensorialità tattile combinata alla resistenza. Pietrablu è un materiale naturale composto da minerali e resine, solido e sagomato a piacimento, anche in fase di installazione.

GLASS PANELS The glass panels that are inserted into the shower enclosures they are tempered by the latest machinery that makes them exceptionally resistant to breaking, knocks and bending, in accordance with international safety standards UNI EN 12150-1 and UNI EN 14428. Also the sheets in crilex have the safety guarantee since they are conform to the crash test according the norm UNI EN 14428.

PROFILES OF ALUMINIUM The aluminium used for the frames, apart from being of the best quality, is protected by a special finish using epoxide powders. The profiles are made using the primary alloy 6060 according to the European standards “QUALANOD” for oxidation and “QUALICOAT” for the finishing.

WOOD The bathroom furniture Arblu is made in water resistant wood, non-toxic and resitant to wet heat according to the standards of UNI 9117, resistant to dry heat UNI 9116, abrasion resistant UNI 9115 and has pass the test of swelling static bending and water absorption.

TECNOBLU Tecnoblu is a compact, hygienic solid material composed by mineral and resins charges, resistant and renewable. Thanks to its characteristics, it is suitable to be used in the manufacturing of design objects: also those that come into contact with water.

PIETRABLUTM Pietrablu is a surfaces system engineered by Arblu. Material of aesthetical impact, the ideal choice for the one who loves the tactile sensuousness combined to the resi stance. Pietrablu is a natural material composed by minerals and resins, solid and at the same ductile, inasmuch it allows to be cut and shaped at one’s pleasure, also on site.

Partendo da fornitori selezionati e certificati riceviamo materiali con sistema di gestione per la qualità conforme alla norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, nonché materiali di prima scelta, come cristalli temperati rispondenti ai requisiti della normativa UNI EN 12150-1 relativa a “Vetro di sicurezza temprato termicamente”, per i quali vengono eseguiti test di laboratorio che garantiscono costanti prove di frammentazione e resistenza.

Starting from select and certified suppliers we receive materials through a quality management system that meets UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards, and we use premium materials such as tempered glass panels that satisfy the requirements of UNI EN 12150-1 for “Thermally Toughened Safety Glass”, for which laboratory tests that include ongoing tests on shattering and strength are run.
